The Lord Brock Trust is seeking to appoint a part-time Events and Venue Hire Coordinator to work on site for 2 days a week as well as all additional hours needed to flexibly deliver events and venue hires. This will including some evening and weekend work.

The Event and Venue Hire Coordinator will have the creative opportunity to use the stories and objects held within the Old Operating Theatre Museum and Herb Garret to develop and deliver a new events programme for the Museum. The role will also coordinate and deliver private venue and filming hire of the Museum for a range of clients. The ideal candidate will be able to enrich engagement for our existing audiences, attract new audiences, as well as generate income.

Salary: £11,580 pro rata for two days a week, pre deductions. (FTE £28,950, rising to £29,250 FTE after 6 months and successful probation period) £14.85 per hour for the additional ad hoc hours covering events/hires.

Hours:

15 hours (2 days) per week contracted, plus additional ad hoc hours to cover events and hires, which will include evenings and weekends.
