Product Developer -Leather goods and Accessories

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and innovative team as a Product Developer for a highly regarded luxury brand. Working closely with the Senior Product Developer on leather Accessories, Jewellery and eyewear

The successful candidate will have exceptional technical capability and product knowledge .

Based in the London office 5 days a week.
You MUST speak Italian to be considered for this role

• Delivering the end-to-end product development process for Leather Goods, Jewellery and Eyewear.
• Acting as an ambassador ,embodying the brand's vision and values.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and collaboration within internal teams and with external vendors.
• Managing timelines, ensuring quality standards and maintaining a seamless workflow throughout the development phases.
• Continuously researching market trends and sourcing materials that align with brand aesthetics and sustainability goals.

• Fluent in Italian, with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience in Leather Goods product development, ideally including Jewellery and Eyewear.
• Strong understanding of the entire product lifecycle from concept to production.
• Exceptional organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and innovative design.
