Product Development Assistant, Flou

In this position, you will support the Product Development team in delivering the end-to-end product development process in the respective category.

• Inputting and updating PLM, ensuring accuracy is maintained throughout the collection.
• Working closely with the Product Developers to maintain good relationships with manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and to budget.
• Tracking and reporting on the budget for product development, prototypes and samples.
• Organising, filing and archiving samples and swatches.
• Providing support to the product development team and design team regarding product information (spec sheets, colour cards, sample archives).
• Supporting the team PD Admin with administrative tasks as required.

• Some Product Development experience required.
• Previous experience in FLou category is advantageous.
• Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy even when working at speed.
• Commercial awareness of product cost and tracking against budgets.
• Knowledge and passion for fashion and products in relevant category – ‘fashion sensibility’ - knowledge of trends, the market, the luxury consumer and peer awareness.
• Computer skills: PLM, Excel, InDesign.
