Location: Greater London

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse Digital Content Strategist who lives and breathes social media trends. In this role, you will take the lead in generating ideas for content ranging from Tik Tok trend-jacking videos to engaging Instagram Reels and static posts. You’ll work closely with our graphic designer team to conceptualise, plan and bring the ideas to life - ensuring they align with brand objectives, tone and voice, resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.

Beyond creativity, you’ll have the opportunity to oversee social media account management to ensure client satisfaction.

What You Will Learn

You will work closely with key stakeholders to plan, oversee and execute content strategies from start to end, gain real‑life client project experiences, enhance strategic and creative thinking in addressing business challenges related to the value proposition, messaging and communication, gain the opportunity to apply data‑driven insights from keywords analysis and web analytics to improve communication and content delivery and gain the exposure to various B2B and B2C industries.

Responsibilities

Content Strategy, Conceptualisation & Execution
  • Develop content pillars, storyboards, and creative concepts for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Craft cohesive strategies that reflect brand positioning and business goals.
  • Oversee content production workflows with graphic designers, videographers, photographers, writers, and other creative partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand storytelling.
  • Provide art direction during shoots to ensure the final output matches the brand vision
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content that maximises reach and engagement.
Social Media & Trends
  • Track and identify relevant social media trends, especially on Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • Propose and develop creative video and static posts based on the current trends and audience digital behaviours.
  • Write engaging scripts, captions, narratives and ad copies tailored to each platform’s tone and audience.
  • Prepare storyboards when necessary.
Analytics, Optimisation & Reporting
  • Track and analyse performance metrics across platforms.
  • Use insights to refine content strategies for improved ROI.
  • Prepare client reports with actionable recommendations.
Account Management & Client Satisfaction
  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring project timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met for social media management accounts.
  • Conduct regular check‑ins and account reviews to strengthen client relationships.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer strategic and creative solutions.
Strategy Collaboration
  • Benchmark, identify & partner with influencers or external brands to capitalise on engagement opportunities for our clients
  • Support pitches and proposals with content strategy insights.

The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics (with a major in Marketing), or any other relevant discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, social media marketing or SEO; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Singaporeans or Singapore PRs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong creative ideation skills with proven success in multi‑platform storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with the ability to develop and deliver consulting presentations. Fluency in

  • Proficient with social media platforms like Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Xiao Hong Shu , Linked In etc.
  • Highly organised, proactive, independent and comfortable managing multiple client accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
