• Remuneration: £27,500 - £30,000 depending on experience + bonus scheme, salaries are reviewed every 6 months

Represent the company at one or multiple permanent event venues in London, providing top quality AV support.

• Operate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipment
• Provide the best in class customer service on-site and remotely
• Support everything from board meetings to up to 200 person events
• Providing solutions for any technical challenge on events
• Transport and setup of video, lighting, and audio equipment as required
• Operate and maintain professional video, lighting and audio equipment
• Work with an internal team of Event Producers, Project Managers, Designers, and Video Producers, and coordinate freelance production crew
• Coordinate crew and equipment as needed
• Ability to spot points of failure and have suitable contingencies in place
• Assist staff with pulling, staging, and striking audio/visual equipment for events
• Resolve and/or elevate issues in a timely fashion
• Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
• Location and on‑site management
• Assess technical and on‑site health and safety risks, be alert for live issues on event days and be primed to react accordingly
• Follow‑up and feedback on internal processes and work flows
• Keep up to date with developments in the industry and share internally

• 1‑3+ Years of AV Production or Broadcast Industry Experience
• Ability to set up and ring out a PA
• Knowledge/understanding of wireless microphone systems
• Knowledge of different video standards
• Technical knowledge of common video equipment and common work flows
• Proactive communicator, to build relationships with all stakeholders
• Highly organised to make sure no ball is dropped
• Driven to do a great job, and to learn new skills
• Creative and curious

• Knowledge and experience operating a variety of large and small-scale audio events
• Experience in streaming, vMix, RTMP, SRT, NDI, etc.
• Video cameras and film lighting knowledge
• Proficient in lighting equipment; up lighters, moving head, and stationary lights
