Tomorrow are on the lookout for a Senior Graphic Designer - a true all-rounder with a sharp eye for design, strong conceptual thinking, and a passion for branding that goes beyond the surface. It's essential you have experience working with property clients, bringing a clear understanding of the sector's unique needs to your design approach.

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in shaping creative projects from start to finish, leading some, supporting others, and always aiming for smart, purposeful design that connects. Working closely with our Creative Director and wider team, you'll:

• Lead and develop visual identities and brand concepts with a commercial edge
• Translate strategic thinking into beautiful, effective design
• Take ownership of creative presentations and communicate ideas with confidence
• Collaborate with teammates and clients, balancing autonomy with teamwork
• Ensure craft, consistency, and attention to detail across all touchpoints

What They're Looking For

• Proven experience in branding and identity design, including significant work for property clients - a strong plus for understanding this sector's unique demands
• A conceptual thinker with excellent visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Comfortable presenting to clients and articulating design decisions
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• A collaborative spirit and positive attitude
