Role: Integrated Designer
Location: London, UK
About the role:We are looking for an Integrated Designer to join our creative team in the UK for a brand new finance client. The Integrated Designer will take digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion, bring fresh ideas and creativity while working closely with client brand guidelines and manage the day‑to‑day running of projects within specified time‑frames.
Reporting to the Senior Integrated Designer, the Integrated Designer collaborates with a diverse team based in the UK and offshore locations. You will be responsible for delivering innovative creative solutions by combining traditional design methods with the latest AI and automation technologies, ensuring excellence across all projects.
What you will be doing:- Producing design concepts in line with the client brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion
- Positively influencing clients with creative input and presenting new concepts
- Proactively champion AI and automation to enhance execution and delivery wherever possible
- Create inspiring and exciting content – from repurposing and reformatting assets to ideation
- Create print, digital, and animated assets across all channels including social, digital, CRM, print and events
- Prepare slide decks to present ideas and obtain approval on final executions
- Evaluate and monitor industry trends, research developments in branding and marketing to stay at the forefront of creative excellence
- Be present in the OLIVER office in Farringdon 3x per week to foster strong relationships and ensure seamless communication
- Manage multiple projects of varying sizes for a high‑profile client, demonstrating strong project management skills
- An innate creative flair, strong sense of design and concepting skills – full of ideas across multi‑platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects)
- Experience using Pencil (advantage)
- Comfortable with integrating AI and Automation
- Digital‑first mindset but enjoys a mix of media and challenges
- Ability to articulate ideas and receive feedback from stakeholders
- Interest in leading and developing as a manager within the team
- Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of working across online banners (static and animated), social media posts (primarily Instagram and Linked In), web design, UI design and storytelling
- Knowledge of responsive design across all digital platforms
- Familiarity with UX and latest social and digital technology trends
- Experience working on print collateral with strong branding knowledge
- Confidence to talk through ideas with team and clients
- Previous experience with a Finance, B2B client or regulated industry (advantage)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Digital, Print, Motion Graphics, Web Design, UX‑UI, Production
