OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Campaign & Creative Services Lead to join us on a 2-month contract. This role will sit fully within the Creative Services team and act as the final quality and process checkpoint for all branded content and campaign delivery.
This individual will bring strong project management rigour to a creatively strong but process-light team, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, aligned to brand guidelines, and to an exceptional standard for clients and audiences.
There is potential for the role to become permanent, though this is not yet confirmed.
About the TeamThe Creative Services function (including the studio and creative solutions teams) is responsible for the creation and delivery of branded content and channel posts stemming from sold commercial deals.
Previously, campaign flow moved between Creative Solutions and Client Services for approval and delivery. Going forward, full ownership of campaign delivery - from asset creation through to go-live - will sit within Creative Services.
This role will act as the final "barrier to the fence," ensuring what goes live is accurate, on-brief, compliant, authentic to the audience, and delivered to agreed timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Project Management- Own end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns from post-sale through to go-live
- Implement and reinforce clear project management processes within the team
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with agreed scope
- Track milestones, approvals, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Act as the central point of coordination across creative, content, and commercial stakeholders
- Oversee client approval processes in partnership with Client Services
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and contractual requirements
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders throughout campaign lifecycle
- Serve as the final checkpoint before content is published
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and branded content regulations
- Maintain high standards of creative quality and audience authenticity
- Guarantee that published content aligns with channel tone, audience expectations, and campaign objectives
- Oversee (and where required, directly manage) publishing of campaign content across channels
- Ensure accurate tagging, formatting, and platform best practice execution
- Monitor delivery to ensure all assets go live as planned
- Support and influence a junior team that is strong in ideation but requires structure around process and execution
- Provide guidance, frameworks, and accountability without direct line management responsibility

- Proven experience in campaign management, branded content delivery, or integrated project management
- Strong operational and process-driven mindset
- Experience working with creative or studio teams
- Confident influencing stakeholders without formal line management authority
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality control
- Strong understanding of social and digital publishing best practices
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial environment
