Working within Post Production Services, this role is responsible for edit bookings across long-form and short-form workflows for edit facilities in London and Amsterdam.

A confident and clear-minded approach is essential for communicating with Producers, Editors and Content Operations in order to process hundreds of requests each week.

The Post Production Bookings Coordinator will be part of a small team working with high volumes against extremely tight turnarounds

• Booking edits across longform and shortform using Xytech
• Communicating status of edits to Producers
• Ensuring all internal suites are used efficiently
• Booking audio suites and liaising with Producers and Dubbing Mixers
• Accurate tracking of bookings information for data reporting

• Background in Post Production and/or Broadcast Operations
• Attention to detail is essential
• Ability to prioritize in a time pressured environment
• Ability to adapt to different demands across varied workflows
• Confident manner with excellent problem-solving ability
• Experience using Xytech/Media Pulse is preferred
