Fitzrovia Talent is seeking an experienced Voice Over Agent to help develop and grow our voice roster across animation, games, commercials and audio-led projects.

• Managing and developing a roster of voice talent
• Pitching and submitting talent for animation, games, commercials and audio projects
• Building relationships with casting directors, studios, creatives and producers
• Negotiating voice-over contracts and usage terms
• Advising talent on positioning, reels, strategy and long-term growth
• Helping shape Fitzrovia Talent’s voice division with insight and intent

• You are already working as a voice-over agent or talent representative
• You understand the realities of the VO market and how hiring decisions are made
• You have relationships within casting, production or studio environments
• You are strategic, organised and commercially aware
• You want to build something credible rather than join a saturated desk
