Freelance Event Manager

We’re supporting a leading agency that’s looking to bring in a Freelance Event Manager to support delivery across a busy programme of high-profile live events.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone who’s confident managing multiple work streams, stakeholders and suppliers, while keeping projects moving smoothly against tight deadlines. It’s a great opportunity for an organised, adaptable Event Manager looking for a solid contract through to summer.

• End-to-end delivery of multiple live event projects
• Acting as a key client-facing contact, managing communications and expectations
• Leading status calls and meetings, sharing notes and next steps
• Managing external suppliers including venues and AV partners
• Ensuring timelines, deliverables and deadlines are met across all projects

• Strong client servicing and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing third-party suppliers
• Knowledge of Cvent is a bonus, but not essential

Freelance contract starting mid-February, running until mid-July.
