• Trend research and seasonal concepting—
  themes, colours, fabrics, silhouettes
• Creating original design sketches
  , technical drawings and beautifully detailed spec packs
• Building mood boards, trend boards and colour stories
• Supporting seasonal range development alongside the Senior Designer
• Maintaining meticulous design records across styles, fabrications, trims and prints

• 1–2 years’ experience in fashion, sportswear, performance or outdoor apparel design
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office
• A sharp eye for detail, colour and construction
  , plus understanding of pattern cutting
• Ability to take concepts from research → development → technical diagrams
• A genuine love for fashion, culture, music, art and streetwear
