About the RoleWe are seeking an Associate Marketing Creative to support the development and production of high‑impact digital content across multiple programs. This role is ideal for someone who combines creative talent with production expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
You will contribute to the creative vision of video and digital media projects, support content development from concept through post‑production, and help uphold an inclusive and collaborative culture where all voices can be heard.
Key Responsibilities Creative & Production Delivery- Produce content across multiple work streams, including video, written, design, and digital media assets.
- Contribute hands‑on craft expertise (writing, design, or production) to bring creative concepts to life.
- Support pre‑production planning by defining target audiences, project scopes, timelines, risks, and creative requirements.
- Recommend production styles, techniques, and solutions to enhance creative output.
- Evaluate content to ensure alignment with overall creative vision and recommend improvements.
- Conduct interviews, reviews, and screenings to support story development.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams, external agencies, and production partners to deliver end‑to‑end content.
- Build strong working relationships with internal collaborators and creative contributors.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across disciplines throughout the production lifecycle.
- Champion inclusive decision‑making and foster psychological safety within project teams.
- Adapt communication styles to support cultural understanding and diverse perspectives.
- Address non‑inclusive behavior constructively and model inclusive collaboration practices.
- Help drive team culture initiatives that support belonging and mutual respect.
- Apply strong project management skills to drive content schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Use content management systems and digital tools to track assets, workflows, and production documentation.
- Apply analytical thinking to problem‑solving and evaluate the impact of creative decisions.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, digital media standards, and production best practices.
- Support budgeting processes and ensure cost‑effective creative execution.
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with content management systems
- Digital media production knowledge (pre‑production, production, post‑production)
