As Short Form Creator & Editor for our podcast ecosystem, you’ll build and execute social strategies that drive reach, fuel conversation, and create movement. You’ll help shape the voice of some of the most influential shows in the world scaling them through platform‑native storytelling, relentless experimentation, and AI‑enhanced workflows.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes content, sees the audience as currency, and believes social media should drive real business results.

• Within 6–12 months, you’ll have launched, scaled, and optimised social channels for Flight Story’s podcast portfolio.
• You’ll drive double‑digit audience growth across key platforms, with AI‑optimised workflows supporting scale.
• You’ll create standout content series that shape conversation, drive new listeners, and build brand equity.
• Our shows will be seen as leaders in their categories and your social work will turn episodes into events and fans into ambassadors.
• You’ll have built a repeatable content creation system that balances speed, quality, and cultural relevance.

• Social Media Expertise – You have a deep understanding of platform‑specific behaviours, trends, and mechanics across Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube.
• AI‑Driven Execution – You’re hands‑on with AI tools, using them to elevate speed, creativity, and effectiveness.
• Creative Instincts – You know what makes short‑form content resonate and can turn raw episodes into must‑share moments.
• Data‑Led Thinking – You use analytics to inform decisions, not just report results.
• Operational Speed – You can move fast without losing quality or control—adapting in real‑time.
• Collaborative Energy – You work well with producers, editors, and brand teams to amplify the story beyond the episode.
• Podcast‑Obsessed – You understand the niche of audio‑first storytelling and have a strong POV on what great podcast content looks like on social.

• Has exceptional short‑form instincts - able to turn long‑form podcast moments into platform‑native, scroll‑stopping content that drives reach, conversation, and fandom.
• Moves fast and thinks in systems - building repeatable formats, experimenting relentlessly, and using AI to scale quality and output without losing taste or brand consistency.
• Is audience‑ and data‑led - obsessed with performance, culture, and community, using insight and analytics to continuously refine what works.

Phone Call with the Talent Team - You will share a call with our talent team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and any next steps.
1st Interview - This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.

2nd Stage Interview - Task - Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work.

Final Stage Interview - The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
