ROLE SNAPSHOT

Found is looking for an Art Director/Creative Lead to take charge of a newly established creative team within our growing performance marketing agency.

Your task is to launch a bold new creative platform for a major B2B client within payment systems. This is a hands‑on role, close to both client and output, with direct responsibility for the quality and integrity of the work. You hold the line for strong ideas from first presentation to final asset.

Your team will work from an established creative platform to create global campaigns that deliver measurable business results. We believe this takes someone who combines strong visual concepting, craft, and taste with a commercial mindset.

The role begins with senior creative support, with a clear transition to independent account ownership within six months. It offers the chance to define the creative direction, shape how the team works, and grow within the agency, with a clear path to career progression.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Bring the creative platform to life globally Translate an established creative platform into global campaign ideas, paid social systems, and digital assets.
  • Lead the creative work day‑to‑day Lead the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring your team ships high‑quality work consistently. Present proposals, pitch decks, and pre‑production decks, and lead regular creative conversations with the client.
  • Develop and elevate the creative team Review and raise the quality of work from a graphic designer and junior creative, ensuring coherence, consistency, and craft. You lead the project, but do not have line management responsibilities for the team members.
  • Connect creativity to real performance Work closely with the performance team and the content planner to ensure ideas translate effectively into real distribution and media environments.
  • Take ownership of the account Set and maintain the creative standard for the account. Final creative sign‑off sits with the Group Creative Director, except for versioning of approved assets.
Expect a typical week to break down into:
  • Two days on client presentations, creative proposals, and calls.
  • One day reviewing team output and aligning with other teams.
  • Two days contributing to pitches or other accounts, unless in active production where focus shifts fully to delivery.
COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently follow company and team processes, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all projects.
  • Utilise company platforms (such as Asana, Float, and other internal tools) effectively to manage tasks, resources, and workflows.
  • Log time accurately and on schedule, providing transparency and supporting operational planning.
  • Promote and uphold Found’s values and culture, acting as an inspiring, supportive, and accountable team member or leader.
  • Ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery that enhances Found’s reputation and strengthens client trust.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of Found’s technology, products, and services, ensuring these are applied effectively in your role.
  • Stay informed of industry standards, innovations, and emerging approaches in digital marketing, applying relevant insights to client and agency work.
