Volunteer Matchday Content Creator

Overview

The Business of Football Network (TBOFN) is looking for passionate, confident, and creative Content Creators to join our growing media team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes football, loves attending matches, and is comfortable creating and presenting video content on camera. You’ll be attending matches across all divisions, capturing authentic football stories and helping showcase the business, culture, and people behind the game.

• Attending football matches across various divisions
• Filming short-form video content on matchdays
• Presenting content on camera (pre-match, post-match, fan reaction, insights)
• Capturing the atmosphere, stories, and moments around the game
• Working closely with TBOFN to align content with our brand and vision

• Minimum availability: 2 weekends per month
• Willingness to travel to matches on weekends (Matchday compensation will be available)
• Flexible scheduling around fixtures

• Passionate about football at all levels of the game
• Confident and comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong interest in content creation, media, or sports business
• Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
• Aspiring creators, students, or early-career professionals encouraged to apply

(Experience is a plus, but not essential — passion and personality matter most.)
