Therole of Graphic Designer
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing team elevating the lululemon brand to increase awareness, equity, and demand. The Graphic Designer will bring to life best-in-class creative across digital platforms, representing lululemon’s personality and values while solving business needs. You’ll localise global assets and develop net-new digital-first concepts for in-region campaigns, including for our franchise partners, ensuring a premium, consistent aesthetic across every touchpoint.
Whatthe Graphic Designer will do:
- Design high-quality digital assets, including website, CRM emails, paid social, digital campaign advertising, motion graphics, and event collateral
- Create physical touchpoint assets to complement digital campaigns, including event collateral, store creative and OOH
- Adapt global campaigns for key EMEA markets, including franchise partners (Middle East, Israel, India, Turkey+), tailoring them with cultural and visual nuance
- Develop original concepts for in-region campaigns from ideation to execution
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, ecommerce, social, retail, and events) to deliver impactful creative solutions
- Maintain excellence and attention to detail across every project, from simple art working to complex multi-channel storytelling
- At least 6 years' relevant agency and/or in-house experience designing for premium, digitally-led brands.
- A strong digital-first portfolio showcasing impactful multi-channel creative across web, CRM, paid social and campaign work.
- Expertise with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustruator and Figma
- Experience in lifestyle, fashion, sport, or wellbeing
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion/animation tools is a plus
- Experience leading and coaching creatives, agencies and partners is a plus
