Location: Greater London

As a Junior Product Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the product design process, assisting senior members of the team. Supporting the team with asset production, whilst being exposed to the latest ways of working within the industry.

We work in cross-functional teams so you will need to demonstrate experience or an interest in either visual or UI/UX design, along with the practical & technical knowledge to support ideas.

Our Designers are enthusiastic and detail oriented – able to produce outstanding visual design work for a variety of projects. They are conceptual thinkers, problem solvers, collaborative, technically aware and able to manage multiple projects with ease.

  • Listen to client feedback, capture it and act on it

  • Able to do most tasks alone but may require guidance

  • Team player and desire to solve difficult challenges
  • You show initiative
  • Curious about what is happening in the studio
  • Create high quality deliverables ready for implementation, from presentations to final digital product application
  • Efficiently produce design, UI/UX work from discussion, concepts and wireframes across multiple media and digital products
  • Have confidence when presenting your work to your team, and the studio.
  • Can work independently and in a team, to take on board direction and action effectively
  • Have a 'Can-do' attitude that always delivers on time and to the highest quality
  • Work with motion and visual designers to ensure effectiveness and feasibility of your designs
Key Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in a design position within an agency or product business
  • A portfolio demonstrating form and function across a variety product
  • Good understanding of design fundamentals (type, space, form)
  • Good knowledge of figma
  • A good level of competence within Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with excellent time management.
  • The ability to be able to communicate your ideas clearly.
  • Take on constructive criticism and use this to enhance deliverables.
  • A quick learner possessing a positive 'can do' attitude
