Location: Greater London
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join the TV Production team.
You will have a passion for popular factual and current affairs programme making and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in production including creating call sheets, booking travel, liaising with on-screen talent, managing release forms, and delivering post production paperwork to broadcasters via a range of platforms. Experience in studio based production is desirable but not essential.
You should be calm, punctual and people-focused with the ability to prioritise tasks flexibly and proactively, troubleshooting last minute or unforeseen issues and excellent attention to detail.
You should have a good understanding of health and safety best practice in production including understanding and updating risk assessments.
Acting as a point of contact between departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Fulfill the role of a Production Coordinator on a daily live studio programme
- Support the Production team as needed across other daily live programmes
- Ensure full delivery of post-production paperwork to broadcasters, dealing with any queries on exclusion of documentation or mis-postings
- Be on hand daily to respond to queries from the editorial and technical teams and offer solutions to problems that may arise
- Support the implementation of ITN’s Health and Safety policy within the studio and office, ensuring risk assessments are shared and reporting or escalating any concerns or breaches
- Oversee the tracking and accounting of ALBERT, carbon monitoring, finding ways to make productions more sustainable
- Assist with other requests as needed by the production including sourcing props, arranging catering, and managing travel bookings and logistics
- Support the wider production team as needed with managing runners, writing and distributing call sheets, liaising with the building facilities team and tech support and managing the office space

Key Requirements- Skills and Knowledge Required/Desired:
- Demonstrable experience of prioritising many and varied tasks and a calm, flexible approach to juggling workflow and problem-solving
- An exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with UK broadcasters, including Channel 5, especially in production workflows and deliverables
- A working knowledge of broadcaster terms of trade inclusive of clearance rights, compliance and production agreements
- Competency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
- Clear, professional communication with internal teams, guests, crew, and external contacts
