We're looking for a Digital Designer with sharp digital design skills, a perfectionist's eye for detail, and a passion for creating engaging, high-performing creative. Reporting to the Head of Design and working within our fast-paced Creative Studio, you’ll play a key role across a variety of commercial touchpoints, from emails and social content to paid media and motion graphics. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where no two days are the same.
You’ll bring ideas to life across digital and print, shaping the visual identity of one of beauty’s most disruptive brands.

- 3–5 years' experience in a digital design role (agency or in-house), ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- A portfolio showcasing polished, commercial design work across email, social, paid media, web, and print a bonus.
- Expertise in Figma and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics in After Effects and light touch video editing in Premiere Pro).
- Excellent grasp of typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Experience with motion graphics for digital channels (email, paid, or social).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with precision.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude… you're just as happy executing as you are ideating.
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design best practices.
- Bonus:
Experience with Iterable or other email platforms, performance marketing metrics, or e-commerce CMS tools. - A love of beauty, skincare, and compelling visual storytelling.
- Conceptual thinker with a flair for impactful, on-brand design.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for creative excellence.

- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and a strong work ethic.
- Clear communicator and confident presenter of ideas.
- Work closely with the Head of Design to develop and deliver innovative, cohesive concepts that align with our brand vision.
- Design high-performing assets across website, social, paid media, email, app
- Bonus if you can craft elements of motion graphics and animated content to elevate campaigns and storytelling.
- Maintain design consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, e-commerce, and product to deliver effective creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Stay ahead of design trends and technologies to keep our work fresh and cutting-edge.
