Job Description
Production Coordinators at BRAHMA AI play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of high-end VFX/AI projects through excellent communication and collaboration among artists, the production team, and relevant departments. You will be responsible for effectively conveying work schedules to artists, promptly relaying feedback from the client, production and supervision team, and facilitating a smooth flow of information between all parties involved.
We are hiring remotely across the EMEA region.
- Coordinating and tracking all aspects of the VFX/AI production process from pre‑production to post‑production.
- Managing the daily schedule and ensuring the production database is updated daily with status, notes and critical information, ensuring that internal and external deadlines are met.
- Communicating with upstream and downstream departments to keep the schedule on track.
- Collaborating with senior production members to prioritise daily tasks, ensuring that critical aspects of the project receive priority attention.
- Keeping the VFX Line Producer, VFX Producer and VFX Supervisor informed of any issues or delays that may affect the project schedule or budget.
- Taking detailed notes in meetings and following up to ensure completion of action points.
- Organising and running department rounds.
- Organising dailies playlists with the help of the production assistant and driving dailies sessions.
- Gathering and preparing delivery sends information for VFX Production Assistants and Editorial to process.
- Organising render farm priorities and assisting farm management based on target priorities.
- Proactively anticipating and troubleshooting potential problems and communicating solutions to the relevant parties.
- Following and chasing tickets for any items blocking work from being delivered.
- Collaborating with the VFX team to streamline the production pipeline and identify areas for improvement.
- Managing and coordinating AI Research and Development tasks based on company priorities driving innovation.
- Establishing and maintaining workflows and pipelines using AI and neural network technologies.
- Other ad‑hoc duties may be expected to support the overall production process.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the VFX industry.
- Flexibility regarding time zone and responsibilities.
- Experience using Shotgrid, Microsoft Office, RV.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage remote teams.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
