HYBRID (London office 1-2 days pw / rest from home)

2 month initial contract (Immediately available)

Leading global consultancy is seeking events support for at least the next 2 months, with good potential for this role to go permanent. We are looking for someone who is available immediately (within the next month), is proactive, a real team player, takes direction well and has events experience including running end to end virtual and in person conferences (both proprietary and 3 rd party).

Happy to consider agency or corporate event candidates. Cvent experience would be useful but not essential. London (1-2 days pw in office).

• Provide events support for virtual and in-person conferences, including end-to-end coordination.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
• Assist with planning and logistics for hybrid events held in London (1-2 days in office) and remotely.

• Experience in events coordination or management, with end-to-end event execution.
• Proactive team player who takes direction well.
• Experience with or exposure to Cvent is useful but not essential.
• Available immediately for a 2-month contract, with potential for extension or permanent role.
