This is a volunteer and remote role for a Podcast Host / Content Presenter. The individual will be responsible for hosting and moderating podcast episodes, conducting engaging interviews with guests, creating compelling content, and preparing discussion topics. Additional tasks include conducting research on industry trends, collaborating with the production team to plan episodes, and ensuring high-quality audio performance. The role also involves connecting with audiences and promoting the podcast through various platforms to increase engagement and reach.

• Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in creating engaging and compelling content, storytelling, and interviewing skills
• Strong research abilities to stay updated on relevant topics and industry trends
• Basic knowledge of audio recording, editing software, and podcast production tools
• Skilled in social media promotion and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote setting
• Passion for supporting diverse talent and amplifying underrepresented voices
• Prior experience in hosting or content presentation is a plus
