Art Director - London Art Director - Artfarm Creative

As Art Director, you will work closely with the Creative Director to guide the visual direction of our growing portfolio of luxury hotels, restaurants, retail and hospitality experiences. Working across multiple distinctive brands, you will shape how each property expresses its identity, from print to digital, campaigns to collateral, signage to packaging, ensuring every visual detail reflects our signature blend of refinement, creativity and sense of place.

You will oversee the execution of all graphic design, photography and illustration to the highest visual standards across the group while nurturing the individuality of each brand.

This role will be based in London, with a presence expected in the office. The role will also require national and international travel to Artfarm global locations. What's in it for you?

Experience & Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in art direction, design or creative leadership, ideally within luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, fashion or cultural sectors
  • Proven experience managing multiple brands or complex creative ecosystems
  • Exceptional eye for typography, layout, photography and materials
  • Deep understanding of print production, digital design principles and brand systems
  • Strong creative network (photographers, illustrators, stylists, printers, etc.) and ability to brief and direct effectively
  • Comfortable working both strategically and hands‑on, from shaping high‑level creative direction to fine‑tuning layouts or shoot details
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
