• Experience managing and publishing content across major social media platforms
• Working knowledge of social listening, media monitoring and analytics tools
• Ability to collect, analyse and interpret digital data
• Experience monitoring and tracking online narratives
• Experience planning, producing and adapting digital content for sensitive accounts
• Mature competence in basic graphic design and content production (video and motion an advantage)
• Ability to report on digital performance
• Excellent academics are a must

• Approximately three to five years’ experience in digital communications
• Understanding of design and content production; video or motion skills are a plus but not essential
• Curious and creative mindset with willingness to learn by being close to action
• Ability to work in a tight, integrated team and participate in live decision-making

The role spans digital strategy, content production and data analytics, often for sensitive or high-profile accounts. You’ll be involved in planning and adapting content, with a solid understanding of design and content production. You’ll be trusted early on and supported by a team that takes professional development seriously.
