Working from our Central London studio, we deliver projects globally, combining strong creative thinking with world-class production. As we continue to expand internationally, the Middle East represents a key growth market for the business.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead VFX Producer to join our team on a short-term contract, supporting the delivery of a large-scale VFX project. This VFX project includes pre-production, shooting and VFX pipeline.

Reporting directly to the Director of Production, this role requires a confident, hands‑on producer who can immediately embed into an existing team, take ownership of complex post‑production workflows, and act as the central point of coordination between clients, creatives, internal teams, and external VFX partners.

The Candidate
  • Take full ownership of the end‑to‑end VFX production lifecycle across multiple concurrent deliverables, from initial brief and scoping through to final delivery and sign‑off.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and resourcing of VFX workflows, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standard.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and agencies, managing communication, expectations, approvals, and feedback throughout the post‑production process.
  • Oversee coordination across creative, production, post‑production, to ensure seamless execution and clear communication at every stage.
  • Manage and brief internal and external VFX artists, motion designers, editors, colourists, and sound teams, ensuring clarity of creative intent and technical requirements.
  • Source, negotiate, and book freelance talent and specialist vendors as required, ensuring the right expertise is in place to meet each project’s needs.
  • Maintain robust oversight of post‑production pipelines, including versioning, QC, mastering, delivery, and trafficking across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
  • Provide clear and regular project updates to senior management, proactively identifying risks, challenges, and opportunities, and proposing solutions where needed.
  • Demonstrate calm, confident decision‑making under pressure in fast‑moving production environments with evolving creative and technical demands.
Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in video production, post‑production, or advertising, with a strong portfolio of high‑end commercial, branded, or corporate work.
  • Proven experience producing VFX‑led projects, including close collaboration with post‑production and motion design teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver stand‑alone 2D and 3D animation projects, working with motion designers or animation studios from storyboard through to final delivery.
  • A strong track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight control of schedules, budgets, and creative quality.
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders, clients, and creative teams.
  • Experience working with a broad range of clients, including brands, creative agencies, broadcasters, and corporate organisations.
  • Strong working knowledge of post‑production tools and workflows, and the ability to communicate fluently with editors, VFX artists, colourists, and sound designers.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, licensing, usage rights, and relevant union or industry regulations.
  • Understanding of all Post Production and VFX software.
