• Lead the creative direction for a platform backed by top-tier VCs in the rapidly evolving workplace tech space.

• Execute end-to-end UX/UI projects from wire framing to high-fidelity prototyping and final implementation.
• Elevate the brand identity through high-impact motion design and visual assets for marketing and product.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design excellence throughout the development lifecycle.

• Proven experience designing for B2B tech startups with a portfolio showcasing both brand and product work.
• Proficiency in motion design tools and a deep understanding of interactive design principles.
• Ability to work from a Central London office 5 days a week to foster deep team collaboration.
