** Overview
* * As the Stills Art Director, you will lead the creative vision and execution of all still-life photography across brand, campaign, social, and e-commerce channels. You’ll combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on art direction, owning the visual approach from the first idea through to final delivery.

Working within the Brand team and reporting to the Senior Art Director, you’ll bring exceptional visual judgement, a sharp understanding of contemporary photography, and the confidence to collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, producers, and senior creative stakeholders. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand is expressed through stills, ensuring every image is elevated, consistent, and creatively compelling.

** What You Will Do
*** Lead the creative development of stills content across brand, campaign, social, and e-commerce.
* Develop and present clear visual concepts, mood boards, treatments, and references for internal alignment and production planning.
* Interpret creative briefs and translate them into strong, executable visual directions.
* Art direct photographers, stylists, lighting teams, and set designers to ensure the approved creative vision is realised.
* Take ownership of on-set creative execution, including lighting, composition, framing, styling, and overall mood.
* Provide confident, real-time creative feedback and adjustments during shoots.
* Collaborate closely with producers to plan shoots, manage schedules, deliverables, and creative resources.
* Partner with key brand stakeholders, including the Associate Creative Director, Head of Creative Design, and Head of Brand Content.
* Oversee daily image editing workflows and manage creative targets alongside the Production team.
* Direct retouching, cropping, and final image selection, ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.
* Approve final assets for use across multiple channels.
* Present creative decks and visual concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Strong experience in a creative role, with proven stills art direction expertise.
* A highly developed visual eye with strong creative and strategic awareness.
* Solid lighting and technical knowledge of photography.
* Experience working with Capture One and image-editing workflows.
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and presentation skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency.
* Proactive, motivated, and comfortable working at pace.
* Ability to interpret and elevate a distinct brand tone of voice.
* A positive, collaborative attitude within a fast-paced environment.
