Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing D2C subscription brands in the UK (£30m+ revenue). The business is growing super fast and they're now looking to hire their first ever Head of Creative Strategy to lead, shape and elevate all creative strategy across the brand.

Important: To be considered, you MUST have experience developing high-performing creative strategy (PAID / Performance) for D2C brands, with a strong grasp of performance principles, content direction and data-informed creative decision-making. You’ll lead a creative strategy team and partner closely with Growth, Brand and Content to deliver best-in-class assets that drive acquisition and retention.
What skills and experience do you need?
⭐️ At least 4 years’ experience in PAID
Creative Strategy
, Performance Creative
, or Creative Direction for a fast-growth D2C or subscription brand
⭐️ Strong track record of developing high-performing paid social creative concepts, briefs and campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and other paid channels
⭐️ Experience partnering with paid social/performance teams to translate insights into actionable creative direction
⭐️ Confident in using data + testing frameworks to optimise creative decision-making (hooks, formats, messaging, storytelling)
⭐️ Ability to manage, mentor and inspire a team of performance creative strategists
