We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Creator to join our team and drive our digital presence to the next level.
AboutThe Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands‑on experience creating, managing, and distributing high-quality, engaging content across social media, web and email platforms. This role focuses on building brand awareness, driving engagement, and using SEO strategies and analytics to optimize performance and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Content Creation:
Capture, write, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging content (text, video, graphics, audio) for various channels - Distribution & Promotion:
Oversee content publishing across websites, social media, blogs, and email - SEO & Analytics:
Apply SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and track performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to optimize content effectiveness - Brand Consistency:
Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and user experience across all digital touchpoints
- Strong content creation skills across photography, video, multimedia tools, and print/digital brochures
- Expert‑level knowledge of SEO and analytics
- Excellent copywriting and editing abilities
- Social media management across multiple platforms
- Website and blog management experience
- Email marketing campaign development and execution
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and CRMs (e.g., Squarespace, Zapier, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Salesforce Marketing Suite)
- Creative mindset with ability to develop fresh, trend‑leading content ideas
- Competitive salary: £40,000‑£45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Full‑time, permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Company pension scheme
- 20 days annual holiday (plus bank holidays)
