AboutThe Role
RIXO is seeking a Studio & Production Coordinator to ensure our creative output runs smoothly, on time and to the highest standard. This role supports the delivery of brand, content and marketing shoots, bringing structure, organisation and clarity to a fast‑moving, creative environment.
Working closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Manager and external creative partners, you will coordinate the logistics behind campaigns, content and studio activity, ensuring everything is planned, delivered and organised with care.
What You’ll DoShoot & Production Coordination- Coordinate brand, campaign and content shoots from pre‑production through to delivery.
- Build and manage shoot schedules, call sheets and production timelines.
- Coordinate locations, talent, stylists, HMU, photographers, videographers and other external partners.
- Ensure all samples, garments, props and accessories are prepared, tracked and returned correctly.
- Support the smooth day‑to‑day running and organisation of the studio.
- Manage the movement of samples in and out of the studio for shoots, fittings, content capture and press.
- Maintain clear systems for tracking samples, usage and returns.
- Own the management of RIXO’s image and asset database, ensuring all content is accurately uploaded, tagged and organised.
- Maintain clear naming conventions, tags and folder structures so assets are easy to find and use across teams.
- Work with photographers, videographers and re‑touchers to ensure final assets are delivered in the correct formats and stored correctly.
- Support the wider team in sourcing assets quickly and efficiently when needed.
- Act as a key point of contact between Brand, Content, Marketing, Creative and external partners on production‑related matters.
- Support the Content & Community Editor by coordinating content days, lo‑fi capture sessions and in‑store shoots.
- Support Brand and Marketing teams with production needs for launches, campaigns and key moments.
- Support production budgets, purchase orders and invoices in collaboration with the Brand and Marketing teams.
- Track costs and flag any risks or overruns early.
- Shoots are well‑organised, efficient and calm.
- Creative teams have what they need, when they need it.
- Assets are delivered on time and stored in a clear, intuitive system.
- Samples are carefully tracked with minimal loss or confusion.
- External partners experience RIXO as professional, organised and enjoyable to work with.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented and calm under pressure.
- A clear communicator who enjoys coordinating across teams and external partners.
- Experience coordinating shoots, studio operations or creative production, ideally within fashion, lifestyle or creative industries.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a practical approach to problem‑solving.
- An interest in fashion, craftsmanship and creative processes is a plus.
