We are a small, established, sports video production company of more than thirty years’ standing. Our clients are principally Governing Bodies of Sport. The projects with which we are entrusted are largely not fan‑facing, but relate to coaching and high‑performance environments. The scope of work within the contract period would principally be for various departments of the England & Wales Cricket Board.
The RoleWe’re looking for an entry level camera operator and editor who is creative, motivated, and eager to be involved in sport production and with a well‑established company in the field.
You’ll be responsible for filming and editing engaging video content that matches the client briefs.
Key Responsibilities- Film and edit short‑form and long‑form video content
- Help develop visual content ideas and concepts
- Edit videos with attention to pacing, tone, messaging and brand aesthetic
- Work closely with key staff to deliver – we are a small, close‑knit company.
- Someone who’s a sports enthusiast
- Someone who ideally loves cricket given our current work profile (preferred, not essential)
- Enthusiastic, great work ethic, team player
- Comfortable filming and editing video (Sony FS7, DSLR, etc)
- Comfortable with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, or similar
- Creative eye and interest in branding and storytelling
- Based in London
- Full driving licence preferred
- Real creative ownership – your work won’t sit on a shelf
- Opportunity to build a strong portfolio with published content
- Close mentorship working directly with the senior personnel
- Potential to extend the role if performance impresses
