ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a London-based Creative Strategist who is deeply immersed in social media culture. Someone who instinctively understands platforms, trends, creators and formats and who understands that social has the power to shape conversation, build trust, shift perception and drive business outcomes.

In this role, you’ll support our Head of Content to build a world‑class paid creative function. You’ll be part of the engine that turns insights into ideas, You’ll help turn moments big and small into creative opportunities, shape briefs, analyse what’s resonating, to produce thoughtful, high‑performing ads.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role for someone who can think in culture, translate insight into direction, and contribute to a creative flywheel that fuels paid, organic, influencer and brand storytelling.

You’ll contribute to the full creative lifecycle: from researching trends and identifying cultural signals, to shaping briefs, crafting hooks and messaging frameworks, supporting creators, and analysing performance to inform what we make next. You’ll help ensure our paid content resonates deeply, captures attention, and drives meaningful growth for a brand on a mission to make sustainable, high‑quality home and lifestyle products available to all.

This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone who thrives in the attention economy: curious, plugged‑in, strategic, and able to move seamlessly between idea generation, cultural research, and creative execution. You’ll play a vital part in connecting analytics, insight and creative craft — helping us deliver work that feels real, relevant and materially better.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission is to bridge the gap between analytics, creative ideation and strategic execution for paid media with +7‑figures of annual ad spend.

Data Synthesis and Insights
  • Conduct continuous research using tools like Motion to identify new hooks, formats, creators and storytelling angles
  • Keep a close eye on competitor activity and wider category behaviour to ensure our creative remains fresh, relevant and effective.
  • Support brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of messaging frameworks and content angles.
  • Review content performance daily to identify what’s resonating in order to bring clear recommendations back to the team for how to optimise future creative.
Briefs and Creative Production
  • Write clear, hypothesis‑led briefs grounded in customer behaviour and performance insights, paying attention to scripts, hooks and content structures to ensure clarity, relevance and platform‑native performance.
  • Coordinate the creative process with video editors and graphic designers, from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, communications and project organisation.
  • Work with creators, editors and the wider creative team to ensure content is delivered on time, on brand and on budget.
  • Support fortnightly sprint cycles, ensuring all assets, insights and updates are captured and shared clearly.
Creator and Creative Resources
