All Things Beauty Vietnam seeks a seasoned Managing Editor with deep expertise in beauty, lifestyle, wellness, and self-care content. This role is responsible for leading editorial strategy and operations, managing a small team, and ensuring high editorial standards aligned with SEO performance, brand tone, and regional objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong editorial judgment, cross-functional collaboration skills, fluency in Vietnamese and English, and a mature, professional approach to leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Editorial Leadership
- Provide strategic direction to enhance content quality, search visibility, and audience engagement across all categories.
- Collaborate with local and regional SEO teams to generate performance analyses, implement keyword strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the Vietnam editorial team, ensuring all content aligns with local relevance and broader regional strategies.
- Contribute to and support projects such as content migration from legacy platforms and new site development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitive content, and industry developments to inform proactive editorial planning.
- Identify, recruit, and manage Vietnamese-based content contributors, including writers, vloggers, bloggers, and link-building partners.
- Ensure efficient internal editorial workflows and facilitate coordination between local teams, freelancers, and Greenpark’s regional and global teams.
- Serve as the point of contact for content-related technical issues, including site performance, structure, and functionality.
- Act as the tone of voice and editorial standards guardian for the Vietnam beauty hub and, when required, other regional initiatives.
- Lead the production of a high volume of content assets per month, ensuring adherence to quality and SEO guidelines.
- Maintain and regularly update the content calendar based on inputs from stakeholders, performance insights, and business priorities.
- Produce 2–4 well-optimized articles per day based on SEO performance reports and editorial direction.
- Edit 2–4 articles daily from in-house or freelance contributors, maintaining editorial integrity and consistency.
- Participate in and support large-scale content migration and tagging projects for the ATB beauty platform.
- Develop reactive content in line with real-time trends, seasonal moments, and topical relevance.
- Select appropriate imagery to complement editorial content based on SEO and brand alignment.
- Conduct editorial reviews of newly published content to ensure accuracy, optimization, and compliance with standards.
- Participate in regular editorial planning meetings and ideation sessions to innovate content formats and outputs.
- Support updates to product pages and other content modules on the site as needed.
- Contribute to special content initiatives and market-specific campaigns as assigned.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in digital editorial roles, with a specialization in beauty, lifestyle, or wellness content.
- Strong command of SEO best practices, content optimization, keyword analysis, and performance tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in CMS platforms (, Word Press or similar systems).
- Working familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Competence in managing small editorial teams and coordinating with freelance contributors.
- Experience with metadata tagging, content migration, and web content governance.
- Basic knowledge of image sourcing and digital content formatting standards.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and professionalism in verbal and written communication.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
