Role Overview :
The Senior Creative Project Manager oversees key client accounts and projects from brief to delivery. You will manage all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, including creative direction, production, and installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality. This role also offers the opportunity to lead a niche Project Management Hub, mentoring and developing a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main client contact, translating briefs into actionable project plans
* Oversee multiple projects across creative, studio, production, and installation teams
* Provide creative direction and visual merchandising expertise
* Manage budgets, quoting, and project finances
* Identify and drive new business opportunities
* Lead and develop a Project Management Hub, ensuring best practice and team growth
* Foster collaboration, positivity, and constructive communication across all teams
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sustainability policies
Essential
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in creative production, graphics, or related industries
* Strong leadership, organisational, and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and operational software
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Desirable
Skills:
* Knowledge of retail visual merchandising, luxury sectors, or experiential production
* Experience managing high-value, multi-location creative projects
