** Key Responsibilities
**** Content Production
*** Lead end-to-end production of all video content, managing projects from ideation to concept development through to release.
* Provide creative direction and expertise to ensure content is optimised for clicks, viewer retention, and audience growth across You Tube and other social channels.
* Work with editor to craft final deliverables and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
** You Tube Expertise & Innovation
*** Apply deep knowledge of You Tube storytelling techniques, algorithm dynamics, and platform best practices.
* Research and stay ahead of emerging content formats, trends, and creator strategies within the You Tube ecosystem.
* Evangelise You Tube and video best practice to the wider team.
** Strategy & Performance Optimization
*** Oversight of 2-3 team members, who you will manage and support to do their best work.
* Guide and enforce platform guidelines for You Tube focused on viral titles, compelling descriptions, and click-worthy thumbnails optimised for discovery.
* Design and execute A/B tests on titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and content formats to continuously improve channel performance.
** What you’ll need for this role
*** 3+ years’ experience in video production for You Tube, television or a related field is essential
* Interest in for trading and investing
* Experience creating, or knowledge of, content that drives awareness and engagement on social media, predominantly You Tube
* Experience creating, or knowledge of, podcast production
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in content production
