We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS platform in the media and content technology space. They’re looking for a versatile, creative Content Writer to become the primary voice of the brand across marketing and customer success channels.
This role suits a confident writer with both strong copy skills and a conceptual mindset, who enjoys working closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring stories to life.
What you’ll be doing :- Creating engaging written content across a range of marketing channels
- Producing longer-form materials to support brand positioning and thought leadership
- Contributing creative ideas for campaigns, digital content, and wider brand activity
- Developing content to support customer engagement and product understanding
- Managing and maintaining organic social media presence
- Working with marketing teams to deliver projects efficiently and consistently
- Collaborating with product stakeholders to understand and communicate key features
- Ensuring all content reflects brand tone and messaging
- Proactively suggesting content ideas to support evolving business goals
- Several years professional writing experience across different content formats
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and purposes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Openness to using AI tools as part of the creative process
- A proactive, ideas-driven approach
- Experience in advertising, PR, or creative agencies
- A strategic marketing mindset
- Familiarity with Figma and Google Workspace
- A genuine interest in AI and content technology
