Outlandish Digital is a leading Tik Tok Shop partner agency, transforming online shopping into interactive, entertainment-driven experiences. We specialize in high-energy live streams that help brands connect authentically with customers in real time.

We’re currently looking for Livestream Beauty & Skincare Hosts based in or near London who are confident on camera, genuinely passionate about skincare, and excited to educate, inspire, and sell beauty products through live social commerce.

• Host live beauty and skincare shopping streams on Tik Tok from our London studio or partner locations
• Confidently present skincare products, routines, and ingredients in a clear, engaging, and educational way
• Demonstrate product application, texture, and results while explaining benefits and use cases
• Share skincare tips, routines, and personal insights to build trust and credibility with viewers
• Engage with the audience in real time by answering skincare-related questions and responding to comments
• Drive viewer engagement, excitement, and conversions during live sessions
• Collaborate with producers and creative teams to plan show flow, key talking points, and featured products
• Review livestream performance and audience feedback to continuously improve future sessions

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and self-care, with a strong interest in products, trends, and routines
• Confident, natural, and comfortable speaking on camera
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, especially when explaining products and benefits
• Able to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts
• Experience in beauty retail, skincare, sales, content creation, hosting, or live video is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Tik Tok, livestream platforms, or social commerce is a plus
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
• Based in London or able to commute for in-studio live streams

• Competitive hourly pay based on experience (£15–£20 per hour)
