The DOT team specializes in developing award-winning dynamic ads for a diverse range of high-profile clients, including Samsung, EE, Lloyds Bank, Sky, Mondelez, L'Oreal, and LEGO. Our in-house studio is a powerhouse of creativity and technology, offering advanced dynamic creative solutions across Display, OOH, Social, and Video channels. We collaborate with both internal and external ad tech partners to enhance awareness, consideration, and conversion-focused campaigns, seamlessly integrating data and ad tech for more personalised experiences.

As a Junior Designer, you will work collaboratively with our highly skilled Design and Account teams to conceptualise and develop cutting‑edge digital ads. You'll gain hands‑on experience in the creative process, from initial concepts to final production, and be involved in business development and client pitches.

• Design and develop innovative digital creatives
• Maintain digital banner content
• Collaborate with Media Planning and Buying teams
• Participate in meetings and ideation sessions
• Ensure timely and high‑standard delivery
• Contribute to new business pitches

• Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving abilities
