Job Title: Content Transformation Consultant – Omnichannel Communication
Location: Fully Remote

The role focuses on the rapid production of high-quality content for omnichannel materials in the medical field, including physician brochures, congress materials, and email templates. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in communication strategy, creative content generation, and design execution to enable swift and effective outputs using tools like Adobe.
Primary FocusThe role centers on accelerating the production and delivery of key communication content to support a medical transformation program. You’ll develop fit-for-purpose materials that align with the program’s strategic goals, meet the needs of varied audiences, and are optimised for multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the creation of professional omnichannel content, including physician brochures, congress materials, and email templates, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
- Translate medical transformation objectives into visually appealing and engaging communication materials.
- Leverage tools such as Adobe Creative Suite to design, edit, and optimise content for various digital and print platforms.
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to align all content with transformation goals, audience needs, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and execute a streamlined process to accelerate the production of high-priority content across key channels.
- Ensure messaging consistency across all materials while tailoring communication to diverse audiences within the healthcare sector.
- Act as the communication and content expert, offering strategic guidance on format, tone, design, and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex medical or technical information into clear, accessible content.
- Conduct quality checks on all materials to ensure content accuracy, design consistency, and compliance with regulatory or industry standards.
- Strong background in communication strategy, content creation, or similar roles, ideally within healthcare, medical, or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience in creating omnichannel content, including digital and print materials, with a focus on speed and quality.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) for professional content development.
- Proven ability to translate strategic goals into compelling communication materials suited to a variety of healthcare stakeholders.
- Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving, project-driven environment.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deliverables.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and design skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Familiarity with healthcare communication best practices, regulatory requirements, and omnichannel marketing strategies in the medical field.
