Music is looking for someone to step in as an Event Producer to support our upcoming programme of events over the next few months. This is a hands‑on role designed for someone who wants real experience in event production, music education, and working within a creative organisation.
You’ll be working closely with Tee and Chase
, helping to plan and deliver live events and workshops that support young people in music.
- 3.5 hours per week on non‑event weeks
- Up to 7 hours on event days (full‑day support)
Regular working time will usually be:
- Wednesdays, 3:00–6:00 PM (in person or hybrid)
- Plus 30 minutes flexibly during the week for remote tasks (Whats App coordination, light social media posting, admin)
Wired Up (Performance Night):
- Help curate the event, including line‑up planning and scheduling
- Support admin and coordination ahead of the event
- Attend weekly Event Producer meetings
- Be present on event days to help run the event at the venue
- Current venue:
Raw Material, Brixton
Insight Sessions (Music Education Workshops):
- Support the planning and delivery of workshops
- Help book speakers and contributors
- Assist with scheduling and event logistics
- Weekly collaboration with Tee and Chase
- Opportunities to learn how events are planned and delivered
- 1:1 time for advice, feedback, and reflection
- A chance to build confidence so you can run similar projects independently in the future
- Paid at London Living Wage
- Payment made monthly via invoice
This role is ideal if you:
- Are interested in event production, music education, or creative coordination

- Are organised, communicative, and willing to learn
- Have some availability on Wednesday afternoons and event days
