What

does a Digital Asset Coordinator do at Hogarth?

The Third Party Asset Coordinator will support the client’s Business Affairs team in the collation and organisation of

cleared third party content and reviewing deliverables against a set of criteria.

This role will gain an understanding of working with IP rights, advertising laws and cultural sensitivities and candidates

must have a strong eye for detail and strong organisational skills.

They will need to be able to work in a high paced environment, to specific workflows and with tight deadlines whilst

still delivering work to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with client Business Affairs team to track content requirements by project
  • Collate and organise cleared content for client review
  • Check assets meet specs required for use in final deliverables
  • Provide alternative suggestions relevant to briefs, based on client criteria
  • Review comps and final deliverables to ensure they match cleared assets
  • Using client management systems to ensure clearances and assets are accurately tracked and able to be shared
  • Maintain database of clearance information and track updates based on client direction
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of client clearance criteria and brand guidelines
Requirements
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience of using Keynote and Numbers
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to deal with rapid
  • Exceptional prioritisation and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Successful in working in a creatively driven organisation
  • A second language or knowledge of European languages is desirable
  • Ability to adapt to the company’s way of working after training
  • Resourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with high energy and a positive attitude
  • Accurate, excellent memory and an eye for detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, creative and production environment under pressure
  • Flexibility is key to this role as well as working beyond the 9:00-18:00 framework and occasionally at weekends (compensated for).
  • Must be able to work on-site at the client office when required
  • A business or project management related degree OR a minimum of three years experience in a project or production management focused role is desirable
  • QA experience a bonus
