Our team of experts have been crafting compelling stories for leading agencies, brands and audiences all around the world for over 17 years, delivering projects in the USA for 10 of those.
From murals, to experiential, interactive digital experiences and data driven creative our team ideate, develop, manage and produce campaigns seen by millions of people around the world.
THE ROLE _
Grand Visual are on the hunt for a talented account executive to join the London team. The role sits within the UK sales team, taking on a range of responsibilities supporting the team across our broad client portfolio.
So, you’ll be expected to be able to jump from the world of creating awesome mock-ups, brainstorming ideas with the wider team, and developing out further into response decks for our client briefs.
You’ll have the amazing opportunity to work on big-name brands, deliver award-winning projects, and collaborate with a creative team of awesome people to deliver effective OOH campaigns and activations across the world.
Management:
- Support the wider sales team across a range of client brief and creative responses.
- Be confident in flagging potential issues and deadline bottlenecks.
- Manage multiple projects of varying complexity.
- Spot areas of improvement in our processes
Creative and Delivery:
- Participate in and on occasion lead creative brainstorming sessions.
- Don’t be afraid to voice ideas of all types within the team. Stretch, develop and challenge ideas where appropriate.
- Research creative examples you find across the global OOH landscape medium and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Personal Development:
- Complete programmes of work or study relevant to the creative role that will benefit the business.
- Build relationships with our key partners and suppliers to provide strong foundations for progression.
- Review own performance and look for areas of improvement.
Environmental, Social and Governance Objectives (ESG):
- Champion sustainability and advocate the value of positive social and environmental impact within your team.
- Participate in projects and initiatives which drive Talon’s commitment to positive social and environmental causes.
E.g., charity partnerships, volunteering, carbon offsetting etc. - Role model the Talon values and behaviours to help ensure the best possible culture and tone is set throughout Talon.
A DAY IN THE LIFE_
- Assisting in responding to internal and external briefing demands and enquiries in a timely manner with a high level of detail as required by the individual request.
- Promoting creative ideas and scoping out top line production requirements to realise a creative ambition.
- Supporting the GV UK Sales team to drive our commercial numbers and reach the team target.
- Consistently adhering to all key processes including the tracking on sale leads in Hub Spot.
- Developing key agency and client relationships across a large patch of media agencies and clients direct.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with current suppliers.
