Midweight Designer (Social / Motion)

A fast-growing, social-first creative agency is looking for a Midweight Designer to join its creative team, working across paid and organic social campaigns.

This is a hands-on role for a multidisciplinary designer with a strong focus on video editing and motion graphics. You'll create high-performing, platform-native content and help define best-in-class social creative, using both traditional tools and AI-driven workflows.

• Create day-to-day social content across paid and organic channels
• Lead video editing and motion graphics; support with static design
• Own production from concept through delivery
• Apply a social-first mindset to drive engagement and conversion
• Stay ahead of platform trends and evolving formats
• Collaborate with strategy, influencer and paid media teams
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment

• Agency or in-house brand experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, motion and graphic design
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects and design tools
• Confident use of AI tools for video and image generation
• Exceptional attention to detail and high creative standards
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset
• Strong time management and communication skills

• Salary: £35,000-£42,000 (DOE)
