About the Role

We're seeking a talented Midweight Presentation Specialist to join our fast‑paced Creative team in Ogilvy Health. We’re looking for a highly skilled PowerPoint designer with a passion for visual communication in the healthcare space. As a Midweight Presentation Specialist
, you’ll be responsible for designing, producing, and updating presentations for a variety of internal and external clients across diverse therapy areas. You’ll work closely with the Creative Services Director and Presentations Director to uphold brand standards and create effective, dynamic presentations. This role requires a strong eye for design, expert PowerPoint skills (including advanced animations and complex diagram creation), and the ability to translate data into compelling visual stories.

Join us in the iconic Sea Containers office 3 days per week to connect with your team, stay up‑to‑date on agency developments, participate in brainstorming sessions and engage directly with clients.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop high‑quality PowerPoint presentations, from concept to completion.
  • Create visually compelling layouts, incorporating interactive elements and animations.
  • Transform complex scientific information into easily digestible visuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure projects meet brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Manage your time effectively to deliver quality work within a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Need
  • Extensive experience designing creative presentations in PowerPoint, including custom themes and master template creation.
  • Proficiency in using PowerPoint animations to tell compelling stories.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, for creating icons, graphics, and charts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to support design and artwork teams when needed.
