What will you be doing?
- Curate and Enhance the 5
Streaming Customer
Experience:- Shape homepage layouts, rails, and collections to maximise viewer engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously improve content placement and discoverability.
- Collaborate with design and technology teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing interface.
- Develop and Maintain Affiliate Relationships:
- Build strong partnerships with affiliates such as Sky, Virgin, Amazon, Apple, and others.
- Work with the Merchandising Manager to coordinate off-platform promotions that drive traffic and increase content reach.
- Partner with editorial, marketing, and analytics teams to develop and execute plans that boost content visibility and consumption.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimise future campaigns.
- Support VOD Content Scheduling:
- Assist with planning and scheduling VOD releases to ensure timely and strategic launches.
- Liaise with content providers and internal teams to coordinate delivery and publication.
- Maintain accurate records of content schedules and updates.
- Experience working in VOD or digital content environments.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to pitch new ideas and collections.
- Strong team player with proven collaboration skills.
- Effective time management across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for new opportunities.
- Interest in the evolving media and streaming landscape.
- Strong visual editing and asset selection skills.
- High attention to detail, especially under pressure.
