We’re looking for a passionate and driven Midweight Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced and innovative Womenswear Creative Team. This is an exciting opportunity to push creative boundaries and play a key role in shaping how our womenswear brand comes to life across digital channels, along with some print.

You’ll be immersed in the heart of Boden’s creative process, contributing to brand-building storytelling and bringing ideas to life that resonate with our customer. With a strong awareness of current and emerging fashion and design trends, you’ll collaborate closely with fellow designers and cross‑functional teams across the business to deliver engaging, high-quality creative work.

3 days per week at our North Acton office & 2 days WFH

• Design engaging creative assets across all digital platforms, with some print, to support and elevate Boden’s womenswear collections
• Translate trends in fashion, culture and digital design into compelling, on‑brand creative that connects with our customers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including photography, marketing and wider creative, to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring briefs are met with creativity, clarity and attention to detail

• Experience working as a graphic designer either in‑house or agency, ideally within a fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand
• Strong proficiency in Adobe CC, with solid experience using Figma and After Effects; experience designing with AI tools is a bonus
• A strong design eye, with excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills
• A collaborative mindset and confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Naturally curious, with a strong awareness of cultural, design and fashion trends
• A positive, reliable team player who brings energy and enthusiasm to their work
