A global creative and influencer‑led agency is hiring a Producer to deliver high‑impact in‑person brand experiences, events and activations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on making ideas happen, managing multiple work streams and ensuring that every detail of a live experience lands exactly as intended.

You will work across experiential events, pop‑ups, installations, shoots and integrated campaigns, collaborating closely with creative, client services and external suppliers to bring ambitious concepts to life.

Role: Producer

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum

What you will be doing:
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of in‑person events, activations and experiential projects
  • Translate creative ideas into clear production plans and final deliverables
  • Build timelines, schedules, run sheets and resource plans for multiple concurrent projects
  • Oversee supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting
  • Manage budgets with full visibility on financial accuracy and cost control
  • Work closely with internal teams to keep scope, timelines and expectations aligned
  • Attend on‑site installations and events to oversee production and ensure flawless delivery
  • Maintain high production standards across all outputs, from decks and documents to live environments
  • Support sustainability commitments and ensure compliance across all activations
What you will need:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Producer role within a creative or experiential agency
  • Proven experience delivering IRL events, pop‑ups, brand activations and shoots
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to run multiple work streams at pace
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence managing suppliers and stakeholders
  • Good understanding of materials, art direction and production processes
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving ability
  • Passion for culture, creativity and delivering high‑quality live experiences
