Graphic Designer – In‑House Creative Studio
Lucy is recruiting on behalf of a high‑profile consumer brand group that has recently launched a bold, in‑house creative and strategic studio
. Sitting at the heart of the business, this studio is focused on brand excellence, breakthrough storytelling, and integrated creative execution across a diverse portfolio of well‑known consumer brands.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer seeking to bring energy, originality, and strong craft to a fast‑paced, collaborative studio environment where creative work is highly visible and genuinely valued.
The RoleReporting into a Senior Designer, you’ll work across multiple consumer brands spanning beauty, wellness, retail, and travel
, delivering creative across campaign rollouts, product launches, social content, and print collateral
. You’ll be confident working independently when needed, while thriving as part of a close‑knit creative team alongside designers, art directors, and motion specialists.
- Design and deliver brand and campaign assets across digital, print, social, and retail
- Develop strong, on‑brand visuals that balance creative ambition with commercial intent
- Apply existing brand toolkits and guidelines with care, while identifying opportunities to evolve and improve
- Support concept development for key launches and seasonal moments
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, art directors, and motion designers to bring campaigns to life
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and creative research
- Maintain consistency and quality across all brand outputs
Take ownership of your work and proactively push it forward - Ensure files are accurately prepared and delivered on time, every time
- 2–4 years’ experience in a graphic design role
, ideally within a brand‑led, consumer‑facing environment - A portfolio demonstrating well‑crafted digital and print design
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (
Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design ) - Confidence working within structured brand systems, with a desire to push creative further
- A positive, curious mindset and collaborative approach
- High attention to detail, energy, and initiative
