As a Senior Creative 3D Designer, you will be driven by creative storytelling and concepting at your core. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work with a solid level of autonomy and lead the creative visualisation of event environments that bring brands and their messages to life.

Working closely with production teams, you will transform concepts into compelling 3D worlds that balance creativity with feasibility, commerciality and experimental exploration. You’ll collaborate dynamically with colleagues and clients, respond to feedback agilely and define design solutions efficiently.

Your work will inspire our clients and production teams, helping enable event objectives and strengthening Sleek as the leading live experience partner.

• Concept Experimentation:
  Interpret briefs to develop standout experiential spatial concepts and prototypes. Start with mood and description, move to low‑res modelling, sketches and AI‑generated studies.
• Design Development:
  Map the visitor journey on plan and 3D model the space. Consider sustainability goals through materiality and modularity, and express brand look and feel through furniture and dressing spaces as well as lighting, theatre and engagement.
• 3D Visualisation:
  Produce high‑quality 3D renders, visuals, and walkthroughs that bring the experience to life, working with live rendering platforms (Twin Motion / Unreal) when necessary for agility and flexibility.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure designs are practical, cost‑effective and executable.
• CAD:
  Produce any required GA (General Arrangement) drawing package to support the render package with accurate production information for costing.
• Design Presentation:
  Present design concepts with confidence, clearly communicating design rationale to both clients and internal stakeholders and welcoming feedback.
• Quality Control:
  Oversee visual consistency, accuracy and creative excellence across all 3D outputs.
• Sustainability:
  Champion the use of sustainable materials and design practices.
• Design Leadership:
  Mentor colleagues, set design standards, and ensure output meets a high level of storytelling throughout our work.
